Spyder/Harley Help
If you have a question
regarding anything that has not already been addressed on this website I
will do my best to try to answer your question. I do read every question
that I receive but I do not always have the time to reply.
Please try asking your
question in the "Tech
Tip Forum" first!
I do also answer questions in the forum and so do many other good folks.
If I see any wrong
answers I will address them also.
Keep in mind that I am only one person and I do work a full time job at a
Harley-Davidson dealership, I build custom old school motorcycles on the
side, I am married with children and do try to spend some time with them
and occasionally I try to get to ride my own motorcycle for pleasure - not
just to and from work.
If you have any
non-motorcycle questions about the operations of this website,
please contact
the Webmaster.
Emailing your
question
If you have tried to send
an email to Harley Help before, there is a good chance that you have not
gotten an answer to your email. This is probably due to several reasons.
Your question has already been answered somewhere on this website, your
email has just been deleted because you did not type your return email
accurately, it has gotten lost in all of the Spam that comes to Harley
Help, (Thanks to all of the greedy webmasters and scam operators, this
website receives over 2,000 spam emails per day), or just the fact that
Harley Help is a very busy place and there is just no way to answer every
question that is sent in.
In an effort to try
to get to more of your questions, Harley Help has changed to a new email
system. This system DOES NOT send email to Spyder@harleyhelp.com.
Any email sent to that or any other email connected to Spyder or
harleyhelp.com will not even be received and cannot be answered. The only
questions that will be received will be the ones sent through the email
form below. If you get a reply to your question and wish to respond to it,
please return to this email form page - do not reply to the email that you
received.
Please type your
E-mail address correctly!
Your email address will not
be shared with any third party
Thank you for your patience
