Since 1997, HarleyHelp.com has had over 200,000 visitors.  We are an enormously popular biker web site. HarleyHelp.com can be seen on Yahoo, Google and numerous biker sites all over the web.

We are offering a chance for you to promote your organization or company to a highly targeted audience of Motorcyclists/Harley riders and people who are interested in the biker lifestyle. Banner programs are available to suit businesses and websites of all types and sizes, from the smallest internet sites to global goods manufacturers.

Only advertisers that have reviewed and agree to our advertising policy will be accepted.

1. How much does a banner cost?
Pricing is based on the location on this site and banner size. Banner placement will involve a "static" not rotating banner promoting your company on selected HarleyHelp.com pages. The banner can either point to your company's existing homepage, or merely just remain an advertisement.

  • Size/Type - 100x150 jpeg or gif.
  • Location - Sponsor area, left column, all main pages, below the fold.
  • $25 monthly fee - $200 yearly fee
• One Page Banner Listing
  • Size/Type - 468x60 jpeg or gif.
  • Location - Any page, above the fold (excluding forum, guest book or front page)
  • $20 monthly fee - $150 yearly fee
  • Location - Any page, below the fold (excluding forum and guest book page)
  • $15 monthly fee - $100 yearly fee

 

2. Can I select where my banner is located?
Yes, You can select top or bottom of any page (excluding forum, guest book or top of front page) or the sponsor position on the left row to be seen on all pages. All positions are done on a first come first serve basis.

3. What size does the banner ad need to be and do I give you a .gif or .jpg?
Banner ads must be 468 pixels (wide) x 60 pixels (high), 60K or less. We will accept either .gif or .jpg. 
We do not accept rotational or animated banner ads.
Sponsor ads must be 100 pixels (wide) x 150 pixels (high), 40K or less. We will accept either .gif or .jpg.
(The banners below are an example of acceptable advertisements).

     

4. Can someone on your team help me create a banner ad?
Yes, for ad assistance,contact the Webmaster  
There will be a minimum $75 charge associated with development of your banner or sponsor ad.

 

5.How do I pay for my ad?
Contact the Webmaster with your business information, web address and banner url and what ad location you desire.
We will review your information/content and reply to your request upon approval only. 
We will also provide you with details to pay for your advertisement. 
We currently accept only Paypal payments or credit card payments made through Paypal.com .

HarleyHelp.com Ad Policy 

Only advertisers that have reviewed and agree to our advertising policy will be accepted.

We will not accept advertisements that have content that we disagree with or that just pisses us off. We will not accept advertisements that link to web sites that contain anything deemed inappropriate for HarleyHelp.com.
Example:
Links to sites dedicated to why Yamahas are better than Harleys would be inappropriate content.
Links to sites about wild biker sex parties.... well, we would probably be good with that.

HarleyHelp.com reserves the right to refuse any advertiser we feel is not appropriate for our site for any reason. All advertising requests will be reviewed by the webmaster before purchase is approved.

Upon request for advertising we will ask that the advertiser submit details about their ad and/or website to us so we can promptly review it and make a decision.

If after the purchase of advertising, we become aware that the advertiser has purposely violated the above policies we reserve the right to remove ad without a refund. 
Example: 
Ad is accepted which is linked to a specific site and after purchase we find out the content of the site has changed and now greatly violates our policy.

If approved, you will be contacted by admin via email with further details on how to complete your purchase.

We do not run advertisements by individuals advertising the same company as another advertiser at the same time.  You can request to be notified when the current ad expires and space is available.

Since we take great care in finalizing the details of your ad based on information you provide prior to purchase we do not offer refunds on advertising
